What size duvet cover do I need for my duvet?
Our Cinderella duvet covers are available in Dutch sizes: 140x200/220 cm (single), 200x200/220 cm (double), 240x200/220 cm (twin) and 260x200/220 cm (extra wide twin).
This collection includes additional sizes featuring a different finish and a zippered duvet cover set. These sizes include: 135x200 cm, 155x200 cm, and 200x200 cm, with a matching 80x80 cm pillowcase.

What size fitted sheet do I need?
When finding the right fitted sheet, it's important not only to measure the length and width of your mattress, but also its thickness! Cinderella fitted sheets have a specific angle, and this determines whether the sheet fits snugly around the mattress.
Do you have a mattress topper or topper on your bed/box spring? Then you need a topper fitted sheet. Do you have an adjustable bed or box spring? Then you need a topper fitted sheet or fitted sheet with a split.
I bought a duvet cover/fitted sheet/flat sheet, what now?
First, give it a good wash, of course ;). You can always follow the care instructions on the product label. Wash the product separately and inside out the first time; this will help preserve the color and prevent fading!
How do I wash my Cinderella bedding?
We recommend washing our bedding at 60 degrees Celsius before purchase. Then, always follow the washing instructions on the packaging and the care label. Always wash the bedding inside out and with similar colors.
Which bedding material suits me?
The answer to this question varies from person to person. Think carefully about what kind of sleeper you are. If you sweat in bed at night, a 100% cotton duvet cover is the best choice. What is a tuck-in lane?
Cinderella duvet covers feature a double tuck-in flap across the entire width. A tuck-in flap is an additional 30cm strip at the bottom of the duvet cover, giving it a total length of 250cm. The tuck-in flap ensures the duvet cover stays securely under the mattress, stays in place, and prevents cold feet.
How do I maintain the color of my bedding?
When washing duvet covers, pillowcases, and fitted sheets, always turn them inside out to preserve the color of the bedding and prevent fading. It's also important to use the right amount of detergent for the right colors. This will prevent wear and tear on the appearance or print. For detergent usage instructions, see the detergent package.

Do you use evening delivery?
Due to the large number of shipments we send daily, it is also possible that your package will be delivered in the evenings between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
Can I track my order?
That's possible! Once your package has left our warehouse, you'll receive a track & trace code by email. You can use this to track your order.
What is the delivery time of my order?
If you placed your order before 11:59 PM on Sunday through Thursday, you'll usually receive your package the next day ! Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be delivered on Monday.
We always do our utmost to ship your package as quickly as possible. Due to the high volume of shipments we send daily, it's possible your package will be delivered in the evening between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
What are the shipping costs?
Orders over €29.95 are always shipped free within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. For orders under €29.95, we charge €4.95 in shipping costs per order.

Returns
Is it possible to return my order?
At Cinderella, you can always return your order/product within 14 days of receipt. You'll find the return instructions on the enclosed packing slip. You'll be responsible for the cost of returning your order/product. The product must be returned undamaged, unused, and with the labels attached. Please keep your proof of return until we've processed it.
Are the return costs at my own expense?

What is the softest duvet cover material?

What is the size of a single duvet?
A single duvet is standardly 140x200 centimeters. This size is suitable for all single beds measuring 70, 80, 90, or 100 centimeters wide. You always need the same size duvet. This size is also ideal if you want to use two separate duvet covers on a double bed.

The best quality fitted sheets are made with beautiful cotton. This material offers a soft and luxurious feel. Cotton also provides a cool, soft feel, is breathable, and allows moisture to evaporate. At Cinderella, you can choose from a variety of cotton fitted sheets: percale cotton and sateen cotton.
Which fabric fitted sheet is best?

What is the difference between a flat sheet and a fitted sheet?

Down duvets retain heat and ventilate well; this product is lightweight and has high insulating properties. A wool duvet is moisture-absorbent and self-cleaning. It's also warm in winter and airy in summer.
What is the best filling for a duvet?
There are various duvet fillings: down, bamboo, wool, and synthetic. Down retains heat and wicks away moisture well. With proper care, it will last a long time. Bamboo is made from plant-based materials and wicks away moisture well. Wool is wonderfully warm, but not easily washable. A synthetic duvet is washable and therefore suitable if you have a dust mite allergy, and it's also a more affordable option.

How often should you replace a pillow?
Generally, you should replace a pillow after about two to three years. The lifespan of a pillow is therefore much shorter than that of a duvet or mattress. This is because you lie with your head on the pillow every night, and it therefore has to bear more weight. From a hygiene perspective, it's also good to replace a pillow after about three years. You can protect your pillow well and keep it clean longer by using a mattress protector.
What is a good pillow for neck pain?
Cinderella pillows prevent neck pain. Are you a side sleeper? Then choose a higher pillow. Do you prefer to sleep on your back? Then choose a medium-height pillow (not too high, but certainly not too low). If you prefer to sleep on your stomach, a flat pillow is best.
