Orders over €29.95 are always shipped free within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. For orders under €29.95, we charge €4.95 in shipping costs per order. We offer the following shipping options:
For orders within the Netherlands, orders placed Monday through Thursday before 11:59 PM will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday. Due to our high daily volume of shipments, your package may also be delivered in the evening between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
We do not deliver during Dutch public holidays and delivery will take longer.
Returns
At Cinderella, you're guaranteed a money-back guarantee. You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt. The product must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Your refund will be processed within 10 days.
- Returns according to the instructions on the packaging: at your own expense.
How do I return my package?
Always follow the return instructions on the enclosed packing slip. You are responsible for the shipping costs.
Where can I find my return label?
